About the Role

Solutions Metrix is a North American CRM consulting firm delivering digital transformation programs for banks and credit unions across Canada and the United States. We implement and integrate Creatio CRM and Boomi-based solutions for financial institutions managing billions in assets.

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery across our client portfolio. This is not a coordination role. You will be the primary point of accountability for project outcomes — budget, scope, timeline, stakeholder relationships, and team performance.


Note on schedule: This role operates on a 9 AM–5 PM EST schedule. It is fully remote with flexible hours. We compensate above the market rate. Please consider the schedule honestly before applying.


What You'll Do

  • Own full project delivery - budget, schedule, scope, quality, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through go-live
  • Lead client-facing governance: status reporting, escalation management, executive stakeholder alignment, and difficult conversations when projects go off track
  • Build and maintain project plans covering objectives, technologies, timelines, resources, and risk strategies
  • Run risk assessments and develop proactive mitigation strategies before issues become escalations
  • Manage the transition from signed contract to delivery team — fast, clean, and according to established process
  • Oversee bi-weekly invoicing reports to ensure accurate client billing
  • Coach and mentor delivery team members on PM best practices and current processes
  • Negotiate with stakeholders and vendors to secure the resources needed for successful delivery
  • Establish governance and reporting structures across the project portfolio
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation in Confluence and JIRA

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

  • 8+ years of project management experience in IT or technology consulting
  • Proven track record managing CRM implementation projects end to end
  • Direct experience with financial services clients — banks, credit unions, or insurance
  • Strong client-facing presence — you have led executive stakeholder conversations, managed escalations, and delivered difficult news professionally
  • Hands-on with Atlassian Confluence and JIRA
  • Professional-level English, written and verbal
  • Genuine openness to working EST hours

Strong advantages

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification
  • Experience with major CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, Pega, or equivalent)
  • Prior experience on North American client accounts from India
