Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect with deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform and Azure AI services. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and intelligent business applications using low-code and pro-code approaches.

The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on development skills with architectural thinking to deliver AI-driven solutions that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop end-to-end applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) integrated with AI capabilities.

· Build and automate workflows using Power Automate and Dataverse.

· Develop, train, and deploy AI Builder models (document processing, prediction, classification, object detection).

· Architect and implement solutions using Azure AI Foundry (Azure AI Studio) including GPT-4/4o, embeddings, vector search, and prompt flows.

· Integrate Azure AI services with Power Platform using custom connectors, REST APIs, and Dataverse.

· Design scalable, secure, and governed enterprise solutions aligned with best practices.

· Implement prompt engineering techniques including grounding, evaluation, and safety controls.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-powered applications.

· Apply Responsible AI principles including bias mitigation, privacy, and compliance.

· Manage application lifecycle using GitHub or Azure DevOps (ALM practices).

· Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI models and application performance.

Required Skills & Experience

· Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

· Hands-on expertise with AI Builder (model configuration, training, deployment).

· Experience with Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Studio, including:

o GPT-4 / GPT-4o

o Embeddings and vector search

o Prompt flow and evaluation pipelines

o Cognitive Services (Vision, Language, Speech, Search)

· Experience integrating REST APIs and custom connectors.

· Solid understanding of data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

· Knowledge of Power Platform governance, environments, and DLP policies.

· Familiarity with Azure security (Managed Identity, Key Vault, RBAC).

· Experience with ALM pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

· Scripting experience in Power Fx, JavaScript, and/or Python.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience designing enterprise-scale AI solutions.

· Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search architectures.

· Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks.

· Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure AI, or Azure Architect).
