About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive our candidate attraction efforts across Latin America. You will be the person responsible for making sure qualified professionals discover our program and apply. This is a hands-on role where you will manage our digital presence, create content, design visual assets, and run paid advertising campaigns to generate a steady flow of applicants.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) to attract candidates.
- Design graphic assets for social media, ads, and other marketing materials.
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize applicant volume and quality.
- Collaborate with the team to align messaging with recruitment goals and upcoming cohorts.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing paid campaigns (Meta Ads required; Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads are a plus).
- Graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and KPIs (reach, engagement, cost per lead, conversion rates).
- Intermediate English level (B1+) for communication with management.
- Based in Colombia.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
