What You Will Be Doing

• Designing and building robust Python APIs handling high-volume workloads
• Scaling and optimising backend systems across AWS infrastructure
• Improving performance and reliability of GPU-based image processing pipelines

• Developing internal tools and integrations that support business-critical workflows
• Enhancing observability with logging, monitoring, and distributed tracing
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of backend development experience, primarily in Python
• Strong experience with AWS and a solid understanding of scalable infrastructure
• Experience working with Docker, CI/CD, and containerised deployments
• A performance mindset, with experience measuring, analysing, and improving system efficiency
• Strong debugging skills across distributed systems
• Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or simila
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with image processing, media pipelines, or GPU workloads
• Exposure to billing or subscription systems
• Familiarity with observability platforms such as Sentry
