About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing support to employees and management alike. Qualifications
- Associate's degree in human resources, business administration, or a relevant field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of three years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or related HR roles
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (Paycom preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Knowledge of HR practices, payroll processes, and compliance regulations
- Demonstrated teamwork, problem-solving skills, and resilience under pressure
- Ability to follow company policies and adapt to changing procedures

- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transitions
- Coordinate with IT and HRIS teams to facilitate timely system setup, access, and data accuracy for new hires and separations
- Generate and reconcile payroll reports, address discrepancies, and support payroll-related inquiries
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding routine HR questions related to payroll, benefits, and leaves
- Assist in monitoring and managing employee leave programs such as FMLA, ADA, and other state-specific leaves
- Prepare documentation and reports for audits, client questionnaires, and RFPs to ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS, perform regular audits, and generate reports as needed
- Support HR Business Partners in managing employee relations issues, investigations, counseling, and corrective actions
- Oversee hiring requisition workflows, verify approvals, and ensure compensation aligns with company standards
- Assist in coordinating performance management activities, including timelines and communication with leadership
- Partner with HRBP and business leaders to support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities
- Monitor and ensure the completion of mandatory annual training and compliance requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the HR department’s objectives
