Team Lead Product Manager - iGaming Platform

Currently, we're looking to hire a Team Lead Product Manager to join our team and make their contribution to our products.

✅ Responsibilities

✔️Product Vision:

• Own the end-to-end gamification strategy within the platform
• Help to develop and execute the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the VP of Product and other key stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and product owners, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and deliver results.
• Define and prioritize product initiatives and features based on market research, data, and business objectives.
  
  

✔️Collaboration And Processes

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product roadmaps
• Ability to discuss API integrations and real-time event processing with engineering leads
• Drive product development processes, including ideation, requirements gathering, prioritization, and release planning.

✔️Analysis

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of product initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with data/analytics teams to ensure the economy of the rewards system is sustainable
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and strategy.
  
  

✅ Requirements

✔️Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

✔️5+ years in Product Management specifically within iGaming platforms (MUST), Social Casino or AAA Video Games

✔️2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, managing and developing high-performing teams.

✔️Experience in iGaming industry - MUST

✔️Background in UX/UI with a strong focus on high-engagement gamification/loyalty interfaces

✔️Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product plans.

✔️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

✔️Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under tight deadlines.
