Architect (Remote) - Residential and Commercial Projects

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect (Remote) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and supporting the development of residential and commercial projects remotely, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings for projects
• Prepare 2D and 3D plans using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
• Coordinate remotely with engineers, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations, codes, and zoning requirements
• Review and approve project specifications, materials, and construction methods
• Conduct virtual reviews and support site teams when needed

• Support project feasibility studies and cost estimations
• Collaborate with management on planning and execution
• Revise and improve designs based on feedback and constraints
• Leverage AI tools to enhance design efficiency, research, visualization, and workflow optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in architectural design (real estate experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Strong interest in AI tools, with the ability and curiosity to learn and integrate them into daily work (this is a key requirement)
