ITSM Consultant / Project Implementation Specialist (Junior / Mid-Level, Freelance)

Remote | On-demand workload | English & German required

This role is open only to candidates with Bulgarian citizenship or eligibility to work under a Bulgarian civil contract.

FacIT FixIT is growing and we are looking for a freelance ITSM professional to support implementation projects across Europe.

This is a flexible, on-demand role where workload depends on project phase and client needs. Some periods may be lighter, others more intensive.

With the expansion of our client base, we expect this role to evolve into a more stable, long-term position within 6–12 months.

What you will do

- Support ITSM implementation projects and gradually take ownership

- Work directly with clients to gather requirements and guide decisions

- Configure ITSM tools such as HaloITSM, Freshservice, or similar

- Assist with design and planning to go-live

- Document work and contribute to internal standards

- Support user onboarding and process adoption

What we are looking for

- Hands-on experience with an ITSM tool (admin or advanced user)

- Solid understanding of ITSM and ITIL practices (required)

- Consulting mindset with focus on client needs

- Strong English & German communication skills (required, no compromise)

- Self-driven and well-organised

- Willingness to grow into more responsibility and ownership

Important

HaloITSM or Freshservice experience is not required, but a willingness to learn is expected.
