Overview
We are looking for an experienced Game Director / Senior Game Designer Manager with a strong background in iGaming (casino, slot, betting games) to lead the design and development of high-performing gaming products.
This role will be responsible for defining game vision, driving game math and mechanics, and leading a team of designers to deliver engaging, compliant, and revenue-driven products.
This role is based in Vietnam (full relocation provided, including annual home trips and remote flexibility when visiting family)
Game Vision & Product Strategy
- Define and own the vision, core gameplay, and feature roadmap for iGaming products
- Translate business goals into high-performing game concepts aligned with market trends
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and monetization
Game Design & Game Math
- Design and optimize RNG-based game systems, including payout structures and reward mechanics
- Define and balance RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and overall game economy
- Ensure all game mechanics are engaging while meeting business and compliance requirements

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Game Designers across multiple projects
- Establish best practices in game design documentation, workflows, and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with Product, Art, Engineering, and Data teams
Performance Optimization
- Monitor and analyze game KPIs such as RTP performance, bet size, session length, and player retention
- Drive continuous optimization through data analysis, A/B testing, and live operations
- Iterate on features and mechanics to maximize revenue and player engagement
Compliance & Stakeholder Management
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure games meet regulatory and licensing requirements
- Present game concepts, performance insights, and strategic plans to leadership
- 7+ years of experience in Game Design with a strong focus on iGaming (MUST HAVE)
- Proven experience working on casino games, slot games, or betting products
- Hands-on experience with:
- RNG systems and mechanics
- Game math design (RTP, volatility, payout structures)
- Strong understanding of:
- Player behavior in gambling environments
- Monetization and retention strategies specific to iGaming
- Experience launching and operating live iGaming products
- Familiarity with regulated markets and compliance requirements is a strong advantage
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring design teams
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
