🎯 Role

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team (AI, development, marketing, design)
• Build and implement internal processes and workflows

• Oversee onboarding and performance of new hires (6–10 people)
• Ensure execution and delivery of project roadmaps

• Proven experience managing teams (AI/digital preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Execution-focused mindset

• Fluent Italian (mandatory)
• Professional English
