This position is unique as you will not be working with the broader design team. Instead, you will act as a founding designer and thought partner, working directly with a Product Manager and leadership to build a brand new product for the KSA market from scratch. 🇸🇦
We are looking for a designer with a 0 to 1 mindset who can combine heavy data thinking with a super high level of agency. You will be responsible for executing independently, bringing both the strategic depth to solve complex problems and the visual taste to deliver a polished, world class product. 🎨

- Strong experience working for companies through Series B to E or post IPO
- Proven track record of building products from 0 to 1
- Expertise in data heavy design and complex user journeys
- High bar for visual craft and interface design
- Design for growth mindset with experience optimising designs to hook and retain users 📈
- AI fluency is a must as you should know how to leverage AI tools to accelerate work cadences
- Prototyping skills are essential for this role
- High agency and the ability to work in a flat, hands on environment where leadership stays close to the details
