We’re looking for a Meta Marketing Manager who thrives in the "Goldilocks Zone" of digital growth: senior enough to architect a national scaling strategy, but still nimble enough to craft a high-converting hook or steer an AI-generated creative workflow.

At Let’s Roam, we aren’t just looking for someone to "manage ads." We need a growth architect to own two distinct brands, scale evergreen campaigns with a sub-$100 AOV, and maintain a conversion rate north of 5%.


The Mission
  • Strategy & Execution (65%): Full-funnel ownership—from deep audience research and bid optimization to building the blueprint for a massive Q4.
  • Creative Direction (25%): Lead the charge on UGC, AI-generated imagery, and high-converting landing pages. You’ll steer our design team to create "scroll-stopping" assets.
  • Insights & Reporting (10%): Daily performance monitoring that turns raw data into actionable scaling decisions.
Are you the one?
  • The Experience: 3–5+ years in the trenches managing $50k+/mo budgets. You’ve successfully scaled B2C campaigns for tours, activities, or low-margin DTC products.
  • The Mindset: You’re a natural storyteller with a "calm in the storm" attitude. You understand that Q4 success is built in Q1.
  • The Skillset: Expert-level copywriting, strong data analysis, and a deep understanding of the conversion funnel.
  • The "No-Go's": We are looking for an individual powerhouse—no agencies, no "hands-off" directors, and no juniors still learning the ropes.
The Role Details
  • Location: 100% Remote (Candidates considered from anywhere in the US and Canada).
