This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Jewish Talent Pipeline Development in the United States.
This role is a unique opportunity to strengthen and grow the early-career pipeline for the Jewish communal sector by connecting talented Jewish student leaders with meaningful professional opportunities. You will serve as a trusted career advisor and strategic connector, providing personalized coaching, facilitating workshops, and building relationships with employers and partner organizations. Operating in a fully remote environment with frequent travel to campuses, conferences, and partner sites, you will influence career pathways that shape the future of Jewish life. The position combines mentorship, strategic partnership development, and program leadership to ensure emerging talent is supported, inspired, and prepared for impactful careers. Success in this role requires collaboration, creativity, and a strong understanding of the Jewish communal sector.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide personalized career coaching to help students clarify goals, explore career pathways, and translate Jewish leadership experiences into professional narratives
  • Guide students through resume reviews, cover letter feedback, interview preparation, and internship or fellowship applications
  • Match students with relevant opportunities, internships, and early-career roles within the Jewish communal sector
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with employers, partner organizations, and campus professionals to connect students with career opportunities
  • Plan and deliver career-oriented programming, including workshops, networking events, and employer site visits
  • Track student engagement, applications, placements, and outcomes, using data to demonstrate program impact and inform program improvements
  • Represent the talent development program at campus events, conferences, and partner sites to attract and engage high-potential student leaders




Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years of experience in career coaching, talent development, recruitment, or Jewish communal work
  • Strong knowledge of the Jewish communal sector, including fellowships, internships, and career pathways
  • Proven success in building and maintaining professional networks and partnerships
  • Excellent interpersonal, advising, and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM or data tracking tools and the ability to use metrics to measure outcomes
  • Ability to travel 40-50% of the time within the U.S
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity, initiative, and strong follow-through Preferred:
  • Direct experience in Jewish communal hiring, talent acquisition, or fellowship program management
  • Background in campus career services, student affairs, or leadership development
  • Established relationships with Jewish sector employers and fellowship programs
  • Knowledge of career development theory and best practices for emerging professionals
