Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new and enhanced functionality using SOLID object-oriented design principles and standard design patterns
- Work in a modern Azure cloud environment (serverless, containers, APIs, messaging, data lakes)
- Implement cloud-native solutions including:
- REST APIs and event-driven/pub-sub integrations
- Standardized design and engineering practices
- Web applications supporting SCEIS business processes
- Automated DevOps processes (CI/CD, testing, security scans, deployments)

Required Skills (Must Have):
- 5+ years of application development with strong OOP principles
- 5+ years of Java web development (Spring Boot, Maven, JUnit, SonarQube/SonarCloud)
- 5+ years of containerization experience (Docker)
- Experience with Git and branching strategies (Gitflow)
- Strong REST API design and development experience
- Understanding of event-driven architecture
- 5+ years of Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, backlog management)
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban)
