The Opportunity

The era of traditional motion design pipelines is over. In 2026, we are not looking for someone who only executes timelines โ€” we are looking for a Creative Engineer who can operate at the intersection of motion design, AI, and performance marketing.

As a Motion Designer, you will go beyond asset production to help shape a high-velocity creative system powering our user acquisition efforts. Your work will directly influence how our games scale, combining craft, speed, and experimentation to deliver creatives that perform.

You will collaborate closely with the Creative Producer and Growth team, ensuring that concepts are translated into high-performing video assets across platforms such as Meta, Google, and AppLovin. At the same time, you will be expected to challenge assumptions, improve workflows, and continuously evolve how creative production is executed.

AI-Native Creative Production

โ€ข Execute high-performing video ads using a hybrid workflow combining After Effects with modern AI tools (image, video, voice).

โ€ข Translate concepts into polished creatives with strong hooks, pacing, and clarity.

โ€ข Leverage AI not only for speed, but to expand creative possibilities and iteration depth.


Performance-Driven Iteration


โ€ข Build, test, and iterate on ad concepts across formats (gameplay, UGC, fake UGC, hybrid creatives).

โ€ข Adapt assets to different campaign goals, audiences, and platform requirements.

โ€ข Contribute to improving creative performance through iteration, variation, and execution quality.


Creative System & Workflow Optimization


โ€ข Maintain clean, scalable project structures and efficient production workflows.

โ€ข Identify opportunities to improve pipelines through automation, templates, and AI-assisted processes.

โ€ข Stay current with emerging tools, formats, and production techniques โ€” and apply them where relevant.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Quality Ownership


โ€ข Work closely with Creative Producer and Creative Production Manager to deliver against briefs and timelines.

โ€ข Communicate clearly, flag risks early, and contribute proactively to creative problem-solving.

โ€ข Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all delivered assets.


Requirements & Tech Stack


โ€ข Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe After Effects

โ€ข Solid working knowledge of Photoshop and handling existing visual assets

โ€ข Practical experience with AI creative workflows (image, video, voice generation tools such as Veo, Kling, ElevenLabs, or similar)

โ€ข Ability to combine AI outputs with traditional motion workflows in a production-ready way

โ€ข Strong sense of timing, composition, and visual clarity

โ€ข Proactive mindset with ownership over output quality and deadlines

โ€ข Clear communication skills and ability to work in Polish or English

โ€ข Portfolio demonstrating quality, taste, and modern workflow awareness


Nice-to-have


โ€ข Experience with automation tools and scalable production workflows (expressions, scripts, MOGRTs, Essential Graphics)

โ€ข 3D skills (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)

โ€ข Familiarity with Unity or playable ad production

โ€ข Experience creating marketing creatives in a gaming environment

โ€ข Understanding of platform-specific creative best practices (Meta, Google, TikTok)

โ€ข Awareness of performance signals (CTR, IPM, hook strength) and their impact on creative decisions
