Job Description

Very Exciting Opportunity for Registered Students in German Universities: Please read before applying.

Are you tired of applying endlessly without a result?

Do your certifications prove your competence but you lack real experience to show for it?

Or are you looking for your first serious foot in the door?

If YES, then keep reading.

At GenX, we are hosting a Talent Accelerator Program that allows you to join our company for 3–6 months. This is an unpaid internship—but in return, you gain hands-on experience building real AI systems, automation workflows, and technical solutions with measurable business impact.

Company Description

At GenX Leadership Academy, we provide revolutionary coaching solutions tailored to the unique needs of businesses and their teams. Our goal is to ensure organizations achieve meaningful ROI from their investment in people, using innovative, science-backed approaches.

We combine leadership development, technology, automation, and AI integration to unlock the full potential of individuals, teams, and systems.

Please read carefully before applying:

This is a remote internship role for a highly driven AI & Automation Intern.

We are looking for someone who is technically sharp, execution-focused, and obsessed with solving real problems using AI.

You will work on designing, building, and optimizing automation workflows, directly impacting how the business scales operations, increases efficiency, and integrates AI into daily processes.

Your role will include:
  • Developing and implementing AI-powered automation workflows
  • Building and optimizing process automation systems
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and improving system performance
  • Creating and executing test cases to ensure quality and reliability
  • Supporting quality assurance processes and best practices
  • Experimenting with AI tools, prompting, and system integrations
  • Collaborating with teams to identify and implement automation opportunities

This is not a paid internship, but it will count towards your degree—and you will leave with real, execution-level experience in AI and automation systems.

Qualifications:
  • Strong foundation in Computer Science (algorithms, data structures)
  • Understanding of automation methodologies and process optimization
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create, execute, and manage test cases
  • Understanding of quality assurance principles
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools is a MUST
  • Familiarity with programming or scripting languages is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Who is this for?

If you want to build real systems (not just tutorials), gain hands-on AI experience, and develop execution-level skills that matter in the German market, this role is for you.

If you are autonomous, resourceful, and relentless when it comes to solving technical problems, you will thrive here.

Important Notes Before Applying:
  • You must be able to independently troubleshoot technical issues
  • We provide the use case and direction; execution is on you
  • You will be trained on problem-solving frameworks and agile workflows
  • Workload: 16–20 hours/week (flexible, results-driven—not time-driven)
  • This is a remote role
  • A formal internship contract will be provided

Process:

After passing the interview round, there will be a technical assignment:

You will be asked to design and implement a simple AI automation workflow using Clawdbot, and demonstrate that it is fully functional on AWS cloud.

Note: Without submitting the assignment on time, you will not be able to join the team.

There will be a 2-week probation period before you officially JOIN the team.
