Our client is seeking experienced Q2 Digital Banking Developers to support the stabilization and enhancement of a recently implemented online banking platform within their consumer banking business. This role requires strong technical expertise within the Q2 ecosystem, comfort working in a fast-paced and highly visible environment, and the ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Q2 Digital Banking, Q2 SDK, and Caliper APIs, and can contribute to improving user experience, money movement functionality, and overall platform performance.
Job Description:

Design, develop, and enhance features within the Q2 Digital Banking platform using Q2 SDK and Caliper APIs

Support stabilization efforts following a recent platform migration, including performance improvements, defect resolution, and customer experience enhancements

Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders within dedicated product pods to deliver prioritized initiatives

Contribute to improvements in key areas such as account summary, user interface, and overall digital banking experience

Redesign and optimize money movement workflows including internal transfers and peer-to-peer payment functionality

Participate in Agile ceremonies and support the transition from a project-based to a product-based delivery model

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and communicate effectively with stakeholders
-
Provide input into best practices, platform scalability, and long-term technical direction
-
Build trusted relationships with technical teams and business partners to drive alignment and execution
-
Support ongoing platform improvements related to fraud mitigation, performance, and reliability

Perform additional responsibilities as required

Work within small, cross-functional product pods consisting of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and developers

Support high-priority initiatives tied to user experience, money movement, and platform stability

Assist in improving account summary/dashboard functionality to address customer complaints and usability challenges

Help streamline and enhance transfer and peer-to-peer payment flows

Contribute to a collaborative, transparent, and product-oriented team culture

Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with evolving priorities
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field OR equivalent technical experience

5+ years of hands-on experience working with Q2 Digital Banking platform
