As the company continues to scale its US presence, they are expanding their IT Support function to ensure internal teams have fast, reliable access to the tools and systems they need.
The opportunity
This is a hands-on IT Support Specialist role within a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
You will be responsible for supporting internal users, resolving technical issues and ensuring systems remain operational across the business.
This role is well suited to candidates who enjoy troubleshooting, problem solving and working with technology, and who are looking to build a long-term career in IT.

What you will be doing
- Providing first line technical support to internal users across the business
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Managing incoming support requests and resolving tickets in a timely manner
- Supporting user account setup, access management and onboarding
- Assisting with device configuration, updates and maintenance
- Escalating more complex issues to senior IT team members when needed
- Maintaining clear documentation and contributing to internal knowledge resources
