Job Description


Design Humans is recruiting for a very Senior or Lead Motion Designer for our client who develops agentic agents for specific verticals and industries. This role is a full-time, permanent position that will join a talent-dense team of creatives; building their brand strategy and envisioning how is rolls out across all touch points + surfaces.


This team is leading with an incredibly beautiful + high-level of visual craft and storytelling.

All candidates MUST be open to working on-site in NYC 4 days a week. Relocation can be provided for those who are serious about this position.


As a Senior/Lead Motion Designer, you play a pivotal role in shaping and orchestrating our visual identity across static and motion media. You’ll develop and refine brand designs, craft motion graphics, and tell compelling visual stories that resonate with our audiences. You’ll drive projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and deliverables independently while collaborating across disciplines to ensure all work aligns with brand standards, user needs, and business goals.


You’ll demonstrate depth in both visual and motion design, proactively planning and prioritizing your work. You’ll lead conversations within your domain, offering strategic recommendations and guiding design choices to deliver high-quality outcomes that elevate our brand and drive engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Translate brand principles, themes, and moods into strategic frameworks for both static and motion design expressions
  • Evolve and expand the brand system to ensure consistency and scalability across all customer touch points
  • Conceptualize and produce motion graphics and animations that bring stories, products, and messages to life
  • Develop motion design strategies that enhance brand storytelling and audience engagement
  • Build out motion design guidelines and systems to ensure consistency across all motion assets
  • Scale motion practices through the creation of training videos, product explainers, and reusable motion templates
  • Create multimedia narratives that communicate the essence of teams, projects, or products, tailored to specific audiences and objectives
  • Evolve the website and other digital experiences to effectively communicate our value proposition and brand positioning
  • Design a broad range of marketing materials—including digital and print ads, social media graphics, web assets, email templates, presentations, and promotional items
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment between design vision and execution
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Support product design initiatives to ensure visual consistency and alignment with the brand identity
