Full-Stack Web Developer - AI-Assisted Development

I’m helping TourScale find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Full-Stack Web Developer.

You'll own our web presence and accelerate growth with AI-driven development.

Responsibilities and more:

The Role:

- We are looking for a technically strong web developer to own our websites and keep our technology stack running smoothly.

- This is a hands-on individual contributor role.

- You will build and maintain our web presence, support internal systems, and grow into AI-assisted development workflows as we expand our franchise operating platform.

- The primary job is web development.

- Beyond that, we want someone who is curious about AI tools and excited to use them as a daily force multiplier.

- You do not need to be an AI expert on day one, but you should be the kind of person who leans in, experiments, and gets better fast.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development (Primary):

- Build, maintain, and deploy company websites via Vercel.

- Handle website change requests and content updates from the internal team.

- Ensure performance, uptime, and a clean user experience across all web properties.

Systems & Infrastructure:

- Manage Supabase projects (database, auth, edge functions, storage).

- Maintain and extend n8n automations and third-party integrations.

- Administer Google Workspace accounts and settings.

- Monitor systems health and proactively resolve issues.

AI & Internal Tools:

- Use AI development tools (especially Claude Code) to write, debug, and deploy faster.

- Support the team as we build out our franchise operating platform and internal tooling.

- Document systems, processes, and SOPs as you go.

Required Qualifications:

- Solid full-stack web development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Experience deploying and maintaining websites (Vercel or similar).

- Comfort with relational databases (PostgreSQL / Supabase) — queries, basic schema work.

- Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.

- Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar).

- Strong English — all company communication is in English.

- Self-directed and reliable — you manage your own time and follow through.

Nice to Have:

- PHP experience.

- Google Workspace administration.

- Any exposure to Claude Code or other AI-assisted development tools.

- Git-based deployment workflows.

- Experience building internal tools or admin dashboards.

What Success Looks Like

• Month 1: You know where everything lives. Websites are stable. You have a clear picture of what needs attention.

• Month 3: Website deployments are smooth and fast. Automations are documented. Internal requests have a clear intake process.

• Month 6: You've proactively improved at least two major systems. You're using AI tools daily. The team trusts you to get things done without hand-holding.

Compensation & Details

• $1,400–$2,000 USD/month, commensurate with experience

• Fully remote — work from anywhere in Colombia

• Must be available during U.S. Central business hours

• Direct access to company leadership — you'll work closely with the Co-CEOs

• AI tooling and subscriptions provided

• Real ownership of the systems you build
