This is an opportunity for an Engineering Manager (Frontend) to join a high-growth, product-led SaaS company building complex, enterprise-grade applications used by customers worldwide.

You’ll lead a distributed Frontend team, driving architecture, delivery and engineering quality across a modern web platform while working closely with product, design and backend teams.

🚀 What you’ll be doing

• Lead and grow a team of frontend engineers in a fully remote environment

• Own the frontend architecture across a complex, enterprise SaaS platform
• Drive best practices around performance, scalability, testing, and code quality

• Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap planning
• Help scale engineering processes across a globally distributed team

💻 Tech Environment

Modern JavaScript / TypeScript, React.js, large-scale SPA architecture, cloud-based SaaS platforms, CI/CD, automated testing, distributed systems, Agile delivery.
