About the Role
We're hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to provide leadership across multiple digital products and initiatives. This is a strategic role focused on driving consistency, usability, and high-quality user experience across teams rather than working on a single product.
Key Responsibilities
1. UX Leadership & Design Direction
- Lead UX strategy across multiple products
- Guide designers on user journeys, interaction models, and design decisions
- Review design work and ensure high usability and consistency
- Promote user-centered design practices across teams
2. Design Systems & Standards
- Build and evolve a unified design system and component library
- Define UX standards for accessibility, interaction, and visual consistency
- Ensure adoption of reusable patterns across product teams
- Identify and fix inconsistencies across digital products

3. Coaching & Team Enablement
- Mentor UX designers and conduct design reviews

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years in UX/Product/Service Design
- Experience with enterprise or complex digital systems
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy and design systems
