We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager for an online marketing and software solutions provider. The company has 20+ years experience providing marketing and software solutions to over 30,000 customers nationwide.

About the Role

We are in search of a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager with deep expertise of customer acquisition strategy and ownership. A player/coach, advising and being "hands on keys" across multiple digital marketing strategies. Act as an individual operator, while providing leadership. The position reports to the Head of Marketing and partners with sales, product and operations to hit aggressive pipeline and revenue goals. 100% remote position.

Expertise needed for this role:

• B2B Marketing and SaaS experience with ownership of demand, leads, and conversion.
• Hand on operator and player/coach. 80% player/20% coach.
• Deep digital acquisition expertise, high analytical and technical skills, and the operational discipline to build efficient, ever-improving funnels and loops.
• High proficiency of Google Analytics (GA4) and Salesforce.
• AI first mentality, leveraging AI to increase speed and quality.
• Proven track record scaling multi-channel acquisition with efficient CAC and measurable pipeline impact.
