Job Description

We are seeking the ideal candidate for the Junior IT Support position to join the Rocketbot team and work within the IT area.

Your mission will be to support users, partners, and clients by providing assistance and solutions related to the Rocketbot platform.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position, allowing you to work from any city or country.

Responsibilities

• Handle support requests by responding to user inquiries and incidents related to the Rocketbot platform.
• Identify root causes of issues and implement appropriate solutions.

• Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including software updates, security patches, and data integrity checks.
• Accurately document issues, applied solutions, and actions taken in the tracking system.
• Provide basic guidance to users on the proper use of Rocketbot and share recommendations to prevent common issues.
• Stay up to date with IT trends and technologies to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Python and JavaScript.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining computer equipment.
• Conversational English (mandatory).
• Spanish (not mandatory).
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub (not mandatory).
