The Marketing Analyst supports paid media operations, trafficking, quality assurance, and SEO efforts to enhance campaign effectiveness and local search visibility. This fully remote role is key to maintaining campaign integrity, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating technical fixes across teams. The position ensures timely execution of marketing activities and contributes to data-driven decision making that supports overall marketing goals.
Responsibilities
- Support campaign setup and trafficking including UTMs, naming conventions, creative flighting, landing page QA, launch verification, and tracking maintenance
- Maintain platform and reporting hygiene with tagging, conversion checks, and broken link detection; escalate issues with clear documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional timelines and communications for campaign launches and updates
- Compile weekly performance reports, highlighting key changes, drivers, and recommended actions
- Assist with pacing, budget tracking, and basic forecasting for stakeholders
- Monitor rank tracking and organic visibility dashboards, flagging significant changes in priority markets and service lines
- Coordinate technical SEO fixes with web and development teams, tracking completion of tasks like redirects, indexing, schema markup, and crawl issue resolution
- Track AI search visibility and citation appearances, documenting insights for the team
- Partner with SEO leadership to maintain alignment across paid, local, and organic search efforts

Requirements
- 2 to 5+ years experience in paid media operations, trafficking, marketing operations, or marketing support
- Familiarity with ad platforms and tracking workflows
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to coordinate across multiple teams
- Practical SEO knowledge including rank monitoring, on-page basics, and coordination of technical and content fixes
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
