About the Role

We’re hiring a Backend Engineer (Senior–Staff) to build and scale core systems powering a high-traffic consumer platform.

This role is heavily focused on Java and distributed systems - ideal for engineers who have built and operated backend services in production at scale.

• Build and scale backend services using Java in a microservices architecture

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong, hands-on Java experience (core requirement)
• Proven experience building distributed systems at scale

Compensation & Benefits

• $170,000 – $225,000 base + equity + bonus
