Lead iOS Engineer (Swift/SwiftUI)

Summary

We’re looking for a Lead iOS Engineer to help shape and scale a modern mobile experience for a fast-paced, consumer-facing product team. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver elegant, performant, and maintainable Swift/SwiftUI-based applications. This role is ideal for someone who loves owning end-to-end feature development and contributing to app quality through clean architecture and thoughtful testing.

Core Requirements

• Swift and SwiftUI expertise used to build fluid, responsive user interfaces for high-traffic applications.
• 6–10 years of professional experience building, maintaining, and leading technical strategy for iOS platforms.
• Deep experience with map interactions and integrating 3D assets.
• Proven track record of handling video streaming and strict power consumption requirements.
• Expertise in building robust offline modes for applications with inconsistent connectivity.

• Ability to mentor junior and senior engineers through code reviews, architectural discussions, and career development.
• Expertise in defining and enforcing technical standards, best practices, and modular architecture.
• Experience collaborating with product and design leadership to influence long-term roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of iOS architecture patterns and modern async workflows.
• Solid experience with Unit Testing and a relentless focus on production quality.
• Capable of being scrappy and moving fast within a small, cross-functional agile team.

Nice to Have
