We are partnering with a well-known food manufacturing company with a great history and a strong international footprint. This is an opportunity to join a stable yet forward looking manufacturing environment where HR plays a hands on, high impact role.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to plant leadership while serving as the primary HR resource for employees
  • Own core HR operations including employee relations, compliance, policies, and people processes
  • Drive a positive employee experience through effective coaching, engagement, and performance support
  • Lead training, development, and capability building initiatives across the plant
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for hourly and frontline roles
  • Strengthen leadership capability and succession at the frontline and mid level
  • Partner cross functionally to reinforce culture, values, and continuous improvement
  • Use data and feedback to improve retention, engagement, and overall workforce effectiveness


Candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • HR certification such as PHR or SHRM CP strongly preferred
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience with strength in employee relations, training, and recruitment
  • Solid working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Manufacturing or multi shift plant experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Comfortable working across HRIS, payroll and timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Office
