Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to plant leadership while serving as the primary HR resource for employees
- Own core HR operations including employee relations, compliance, policies, and people processes
- Drive a positive employee experience through effective coaching, engagement, and performance support
- Lead training, development, and capability building initiatives across the plant
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for hourly and frontline roles
- Strengthen leadership capability and succession at the frontline and mid level
- Partner cross functionally to reinforce culture, values, and continuous improvement
- Use data and feedback to improve retention, engagement, and overall workforce effectiveness

Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- HR certification such as PHR or SHRM CP strongly preferred
- 5 years of progressive HR experience with strength in employee relations, training, and recruitment
- Solid working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements
- Manufacturing or multi shift plant experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Comfortable working across HRIS, payroll and timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Office
