About the Role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and driven HR Specialist to join our growing consulting firm in KSA. This role is ideal for someone who is not only experienced in HR operations and government processes, but also eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
You’ll play a key role in supporting end-to-end HR functions, ensuring compliance, and building efficient processes that scale with the business.
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, transfers, offboarding).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Oversee HR administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Government Relations & Compliance
- Handle all activities on key government platforms (Qiwa, Absher, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, etc.).
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external authorities and manage official documentation.
Visa & Iqama Management

- Support payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of data, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS data, reports, and workflows.
- Assist in generating HR reports and analytics.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordination.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
