About the Role

We are looking for experienced AI professionals with strong hands-on engineering backgrounds who can design and lead the implementation of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise environments
• Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI applications
• Lead the full AI project lifecycle including research, prototyping, development, and production deployment
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams

Qualifications

• Strong experience in AI architecture and AI-driven initiatives
• 5+ years of hands-on coding experience with Java and Python
• Experience building solutions using Machine Learning and Generative AI models
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Cursor AI
• Strong technical leadership and collaboration skills
• Experience working with development and QA teams in agile environments
