Private Flight Global Limited, an innovative international technology company, is at the forefront of delivering innovative software and process solutions in the private aviation sector. We currently have a world-class Catering Management Platform with multiple revenue streams and a global reach. Following our relocation to Zug, Switzerland, alongside our global team in Slovenia and New Zealand, we are seeking a full-time Social Media & Brand Manager to take ownership of Private Flight's social media presence, brand assets and messaging architecture, ensuring our Catering Management Platform is consistently and compellingly expressed across all customer touchpoints.
We are seeking a highly capable Social Media & Brand Specialist to join our team in Zug, Switzerland, to elevate Private Flight's brand equity and drive Direct User adoption. You will lead brand positioning, creative brand design and social media programmes that build distinctive, consistent and credible market presence. By deploying marketing resources strategically to capture demand and drive conversions, you will deliver measurable growth and ROI and position the business for scale and strategic brand evolution.
Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation & Management:
- Own and manage Private Flight’s social channels end-to-end (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), ensuring a consistent brand voice and high-quality, accurate content.
- Plan and run the social content calendar and campaigns (monthly planning, weekly delivery) across clear themes such as cabin crew tips, CMP product education, proof points and testimonials, behind-the-scenes, and community/member spotlights—supporting launches, feature releases, seasonal activity and partner work.
- Create, edit and publish content in the formats that perform best, including short-form video, carousels, static posts, stories/polls and occasional longer LinkedIn updates; own video scripting, filming, walkthrough capture and editing, and deliver platform-ready versions (especially vertical video).
- Set and manage the channel plan and posting approach, including target audiences, content types, posting frequency, key messages and clear calls to action, suited to our customers.
- Lead content distribution and promotion, including sharing into relevant industry groups (where appropriate), coordinating reposts with creators/influencers, enabling employee sharing, and working with paid support/boosting when needed.
- Work closely with Product, Operations, Sales and Customer Success to ensure content reflects real customer usage; produce launch-ready assets with clear messaging, credible claims and strong calls to action.
- Track, report and improve performance, covering reach, engagement, click-through-rate (CTR), video views, follower growth, landing page traffic, sign-ups/leads and sentiment; turn insights into clear actions.
Creative Design & Brand Management:
Brand Strategy & Ownership
- Define and own Private Flight’s brand positioning, messaging architecture, and visual identity, ensuring clear differentiation and scalability.
- Act as brand steward, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints (website, product, documentation, partnerships).

Guidelines & Systems
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines (visual identity, typography, colour, iconography, photography, voice and tone).
- Build scalable brand processes, documentation, and design systems to support growth and evolution.
Assets & Content Creation
- Create high-quality marketing assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, landing pages, email templates, event materials, sales collateral).
Asset Management & Tooling
- Maintain a centralised, well-organised brand asset library (templates, components, approved claims, imagery, past creatives).
- Build and manage templated toolkits to enable speed, consistency, and quality across teams.
External Coordination
- Coordinate external agencies or freelance resources when specialist expertise or additional capacity is required.
Skills & Experience:
- 5–7 years of social media marketing and brand management experience in an international setting. A background in B2C tech / SaaS is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Design, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience developing and evolving brand identity, including visual elements, messaging frameworks and brand guidelines.
- Technically proficient with social media management and automation tools (e.g., Planable, Meta Business Suite, Active Campaign etc.)
- Advanced graphic design and video editing (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe etc.).
- Analytical and insight-led, able to track and report sentiment, feedback trends, and translate them into clear actions across messaging and campaign performance.
- Experience using data to monitor and refine campaign performance, optimising ROI.
- Creative content skills, with confident visual and written storytelling, producing platform-native content and adapting tone for different audiences.
- Strong understanding of design principles including typography, layout, visual hierarchy and accessibility standards.
- Experience managing brand governance and ensuring consistency across product, marketing and customer touchpoints in fast-paced environments. Highly collaborative and organised, with strong communication and time management capability matched with and a proactive approach to working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
- Fully proficient (native or C2) in business English, other languages an added advantage.
