Electrical Engineer
📍 Denver, CO (Hybrid) | Relocation Support Available
We’re partnered with a venture-backed deep-tech company building mission-critical infrastructure deployed at national scale. Their products sit at the intersection of custom electronics, edge computing, and rugged outdoor systems — operating in environments where reliability isn’t optional.
This is a hands-on, product-focused engineering role where your work directly ships to the real world.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of the design, reliability, and evolution of next-generation roadside hardware systems, working across the full product lifecycle — from concept to deployment.

Your work will include:
- Designing schematics, PCBs, and cabling systems
- Optimising power systems (solar + battery) and cellular connectivity
- Iterating mechanical enclosures and assemblies in CAD
- Writing edge-level software (Python / C++) to interface with sensors and devices
- Improving system robustness to achieve 99.9%+ uptime in harsh environments
- Supporting field deployment, testing, and calibration when needed

What We’re Looking For
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience building real-world hardware (industry or serious personal projects)
- Strong fundamentals in circuit design and PCB development
- Comfortable coding in Python and/or C++
- Experience with embedded systems, IoT, or edge devices (preferred)
- Familiarity with tools such as Altium, Onshape, oscilloscopes, and logic analysers
- A hands-on, ownership-driven mindset — comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
