Job Description
We are on the hunt for a Director of Product Management to join a LegalTech B2B SaaS Co and spearhead their new product portfolio offering!
The reason for this role is that they want someone who will define, validate, and deliver new modules that drive cross-sell opportunities, increase customer expansion revenue, and attract new customer segments for the business by adding richer AI functionality across their platform. This role will lead the planning, execution, and evangelizing of new product creation for their global markets, too.
This company employs 250 people across 5 countries (they doubled in size over the last 2 years), and is generating $70M ARR, and they are continuing to grow. You will have a team of 6 PMs (a few are already in place, and you will have the budget to hire at least 2 more).

So, what experience do you need to be suitable for this opportunity?
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management
- You have taken multiple new products (0-1) or new modules (portfolio expansion) to market.
- Strong experience in cross-sell or expansion strategies in B2B SaaS.
- Experienced Product Leader with a proven ability to upskill a PM team (this is a team of 6 PMs).
- Experience working in the Legal industry, adjacent industries, or workflow-intensive SaaS environments.
- Evangelist-type mentality towards PM practice, and previous experience being the voice of product management for the business.

Compensation - $190k - $220k + bonus
Location - They have teams spread across the USA, Canada, UK, and APAC region, so we are looking for someone who is based in MT or CT so you can work with distributed team members.
