Job Description

Join a fast-paced tech team revolutionizing food delivery! We're seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with a proven track record in customer experience, operations, and strategy. Drive measurable results through data analysis, KPI optimization, and cross-functional leadership in a high-impact role.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Shape overall strategy, analyze customer data/feedback, and deliver data-driven recommendations to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.
• Metrics & Performance Management: Monitor/optimize KPIs, identify gaps/root causes, and lead initiatives for measurable improvements; oversee model governance, version control, and data integrity.
• Technical Expertise: Own complex Google Sheets models (accuracy, scalability, documentation); query large datasets with SQL/Excel/Google Sheets; build automated solutions (Python preferred) for manual processes; design dashboards, reporting, and KPI frameworks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate business questions into analyses; communicate insights to technical/non-technical audiences; influence decision-making.

Job Requirements

• 6+ years in strategy, management consulting, product, or related (support strategy a plus); experience at a tech company with driving measurable results.
• Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar.
• Expertise in SQL queries, ETL, A/B Testing; strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; Python a plus.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and thriving in teams.
• Ownership mindset: Define scope/vision from ambiguity, bias for action, scrappy pivots, and influencing across levels.
• Quick learner who applies new skills independently; preferred experience building AI models.
• 5+ years total work experience required.
