Product Manager - Vibe Coder

Samay is a UAE-based venture studio that partners with ambitious founders to build software with zero upfront costs. We don't just build apps; we invest our time and expertise into the vision. Our mission is to move at "rocket speed", taking ideas from concept to a live, validated MVP in just 5 days.

The role: Vibe coder PM

We are looking for a sharp, high-aptitude Product Manager who can "vibe code"—using AI-assisted development and no-code automation to ship real products at an uncommon pace. You are not a traditional "manager" who just writes tickets; you are a builder who uses Bolt.new and Make.com to turn a founder’s vision into a functional reality within 120 hours

Key Responsibilities

1. Rapid MVP Construction (The 5-Day Sprint)

Day 1-2 (Scoping & UI): Distill complex founder visions into a "testable" scope. Use Bolt.new (and tools like Cursor or v0) to generate and iterate on a high-fidelity frontend.

Day 3-4 (The Plumbing): Build the "brains" of the application using Make.com. Architect complex automations, API integrations, and database logic (Supabase/Firebase/Airtable) to make the app fully functional.

Day 5 (Launch & Validate): Ship the product to market. Ensure the MVP is stable enough to gather real user data or secure investor interest.

2. Strategic Product Ownership

Ruthless Prioritization: Make smart trade-offs under extreme time pressure. You must know what features are essential for "market traction" and what can wait for the full build.

Founder Partnership: Act as the primary tech partner for ambitious founders, translating business needs into technical architecture.

3. Ecosystem Growth

Shared Infrastructure: Utilize and contribute to Samay’s internal toolset to help ecosystem partners generate leads and scale faster.

Scale-Up Phase: Post-validation, lead a dedicated tech team to transition the MVP into a full-scale build with continuous feature deployments.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience: Early career professional (under 2 years of experience).
• Education: STEM degree preferred (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math).
• Technical Mindset: Strong technical intuition and the ability to understand "how things work" without needing a developer to explain every detail.
• Execution-Focused: A "bias toward action." You prefer shipping a working product over perfecting a 50-page documentation deck.
• Clear Thinker: Ability to maintain clarity and make smart trade-offs under tight deadlines.
