Job Description


Our real estate client is hiring a Growth Data & Analytics Manager for a part-time, fully remote freelance role. This will be about 20 hours/week, for 3-6 months with the chance to extend.

MUST have previous experience in the real estate space to be considered.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking the full funnel from web traffic to conversion orders.
  • Analyze performance across organic, paid, email, social, and internal activation channels.
  • Deliver regular insights and recommendations to product and marketing leadership.
  • Support localized pilot markets (DC, Atlanta, Phoenix) with market-specific performance reporting.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Attribution & Measurement Infrastructure

  • Implement multi-touch attribution models to determine which channels drive the highest-quality agents and homebuyers.
  • Improve tracking accuracy across campaigns, landing pages, and localized market efforts.
  • Maintain UTM structures, tagging frameworks, and data hygiene across all digital initiatives.

Funnel Optimization & Experimentation

  • Develop and manage A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages, email flows, and in-product messaging.
  • Identify UX friction points and collaborate with product to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze recapture and re-engagement opportunities for leads already in the funnel.
  • Recommend new strategies for internal agent activation and product adoption.
  • Provide insights that guide prioritization of product and marketing experiments.

Email & Lifecycle Insights

  • Analyze onboarding, activation, and retention email performance to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Recommend segmentation strategies based on agent behavior, geography, and lifecycle stage.
  • Partner with the campaign-focused marketer to test AI-driven messaging and personalization.
  • Ensure Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM data flows are accurate and actionable.
  • Support development of recurring recapture and nurture strategies.

Marketing Technology & Data Operations

  • Own analytics tools and integrations (GA4, Looker/Tableau/Power BI, Salesforce, marketing automation).
  • Ensure clean, accurate data flow between marketing, product, and sales systems.
  • Maintain lightweight but reliable measurement frameworks suited to a small, fast-moving team.
  • Support ad-hoc data pulls, insights requests, and cross-functional reporting needs.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, marketing operations, or product analytics.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Experience implementing attribution models and building multi-touch measurement frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, email, lifecycle).
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
