About The Role
We are seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to join RevenueCat's dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing, remote-first team that drives our mission forward. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process across various departments including engineering, finance, marketing, and operations. Your expertise will help us attract top-tier talent by leveraging tools such as Ashby, Notion, and Slack to streamline hiring processes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their team needs, technical requirements, and cultural fit, ensuring that each hire aligns with RevenueCat’s values and growth objectives. Your proactive approach to sourcing, screening, and closing candidates will contribute directly to our continued success and innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or SaaS environments.
- Proven experience working in a remote-first, asynchronous setup, with the ability to adapt across different time zones and communication styles.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience building talent pipelines and nurture campaigns for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Demonstrated ability to balance speed and quality in hiring processes, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring metrics like time-to-fill, pipeline effectiveness, and source performance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathy, transparency, and the ability to operate collaboratively across functions.
- Comfort working directly with engineers and technical teams to understand candidate profiles and technical requirements.
- Experience in building diverse candidate pipelines and challenging bias in hiring processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across all departments, from sourcing to onboarding.
