Overview

Our client is seeking a Product Manager to define, develop, and drive the execution of innovative products and features that meet customer needs and support business objectives. This role requires balancing strategic vision with tactical execution, collaborating across engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that drive user adoption, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, customer empathy, and product management expertise to lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights, usage data, and industry trends to inform product decisions and feature prioritization.
  • Translate product vision into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation, development, and launch to ongoing optimization and iteration.
  • Monitor key product metrics, user engagement, and adoption, applying insights to improve performance.
  • Communicate product plans, updates, and results to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Act as the product expert and advocate internally and externally, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.


Operating Context

  • Operates in a fast-paced, remote-first, technology-driven environment.
  • Works cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Balances strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver high-impact products.


Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role managing the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of product management frameworks, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Aha!).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
  • Ability to translate complex customer needs and business objectives into actionable product requirements.
  • Experience in defining KPIs, monitoring product metrics, and driving data-informed decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple initiatives, and adapt to changing business priorities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, technology, or B2B environments.
  • Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and customer-centered design processes.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
  • Prior experience managing remote or distributed teams.
  • Experience launching new products or features in a fast-growth environment.

  • Successful delivery of product initiatives on time and within scope.
  • High adoption and engagement rates of launched products and features.
  • Positive stakeholder and customer feedback on product functionality and usability.
