Role: Sr, Staff Engineer

Location: Redwood City / SF – 3 days onsite

Type: Full-time (W2)

Salary: $200–230K target (This is flexible and can increase depending on experience)

Relocation: $7–15K relocation package

What the role is:

This is a senior/staff engineering role where you’ll help own system architecture, drive technical direction, and build large-scale, distributed systems that power robotics and automation platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and owning system-level architecture (microservices, platforms)
• Leading technical decisions and influencing the product/tech roadmap
• Improving performance, scalability, and core algorithms

• Building and modernizing platforms as the company moves deeper into SaaS/PaaS
• Running proofs of concept for new tech and mentoring engineers

Tech background they’re open to:

• Strong backend experience (Java preferred, but Python / C++ / Erlang also fine)
• End-to-end development experience
