What do you need to be SMART?
- 5+ years of experience in Java development with strong object-oriented programming skills
- Solid knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Core, Spring Boot – Java 17)
- Good understanding of React with TypeScript
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Knowledge of Git and Maven
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release

What will your role be at SMART?
- Participate in the development of a large-scale international project within the Trade Finance domain (Guarantees and Documentary Credits / Collections)
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot and React (TypeScript)
- Maintain and evolve legacy applications, including reverse engineering to understand business rules
- Contribute to code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
- Collaborate closely with international teams and project leaders, ensuring transparency and quality delivery
