About the Role
The Sr. Director Engineering, Head of Internal Technology will lead the IT and Business Systems teams responsible for powering a global, remote-first workforce. Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, the position involves strategic leadership to architect and deliver internal technology platforms that support scalable, efficient operations.

- 12+ years in technical roles with expertise in cloud systems, cybersecurity, and LLMs/AI application

Compensation
$221,000 — $277,000 USD annually
