About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content & Community Specialist to join our expanding marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and enhance Frenus's digital presence through high-quality content creation, research, and community engagement. Working closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Varun Mehta, and our broader team, you will be responsible for developing compelling content across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Beehiiv, and our Webflow blog. Your primary focus will be on researching and analyzing industry-relevant topics, curating engaging posts, and supporting online events that foster community interaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B digital marketing, be proficient with AI tools, and demonstrate a passion for technology and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with LinkedIn as a platform for content dissemination, outreach, or community engagement within a B2B context.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva, and Beehiiv, with a clear understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Ability to produce high-volume content consistently, managing multiple editions and topics without compromising quality.
  • Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and audience engagement, particularly for a European B2B audience.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining team collaboration.
  • Experience in researching industry trends, analyzing social media content, and supporting online event promotion is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze high-performing LinkedIn posts from our target customer profiles across key topics such as B2B Marketing, Smart Manufacturing, Next-Gen Vehicles, and PE & M&A.
  • Research, structure, and support the publication of 15 bi-weekly newsletter editions across LinkedIn and Beehiiv, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and visually appealing.
  • Draft, edit, and publish summary articles for each newsletter on our Webflow blog, maintaining a clean, concise, and optimized format.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in B2B technology, digitalization, and consulting, distinguishing between noise and valuable insights.
  • Assist in creating engaging LinkedIn posts, comments, and community interactions to foster active engagement and brand awareness.
  • Support the planning and promotion of online events such as webinars and roundtables, aligning content with our overall marketing calendar.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve content strategies, leveraging feedback and data insights to optimize outreach efforts.
