Conduct user access reviews and oversee provisioning and de-provisioning processes
Maintain endpoint security standards such as disk encryption, EDR, and hardware authentication
Identify and implement automation using scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash
Maintain and improve IT runbooks, SOPs, and documentation standards
Monitor system performance and proactively address issues
Lead or co-lead major IT projects and platform evaluations
Provide technical input for IT roadmap and scaling strategies

The Lead IT Systems Analyst is a technical leadership role responsible for maintaining and advancing IT operations. This position serves as the primary expert for complex system issues, sets technical standards, and supports security compliance and IT engineering. The role is crucial for guiding junior staff and ensuring high-quality IT support and infrastructure.


3. Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex hardware, software, and network issues

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

• 5 to 8 years of progressive IT systems experience with technical leadership

• Expertise in Windows and macOS troubleshooting and administration

• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Jamf Pro

• Knowledge of IT security principles and compliance environments (SOC 2 or similar)

• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash

• Experience with ITSM platforms such as Jira Service Management or ServiceNow

• Collaborative with the ability to work independently in a remote environment


Preferred Qualifications
