An innovative organisation in the digital transformation space is looking for a Software Engineer. This role involves designing and developing high-quality software solutions while working with cutting-edge technology in a fully remote environment.

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, secure, and scalable software solutions

• Mentor and support junior engineers to promote best practices within the team

• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to enhance performance and quality

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure efficient software operation

• Contribute to software architecture decisions and early-stage project discussions

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in full stack development including design, testing, and deployment

• Professional hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices

• Technical proficiency with AWS, JavaScript, and React

• Ability to contribute to architectural development and system improvements

• Must have the right to work in the UK and be eligible for security vetting if required
