Senior Joget DX Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Joget DX Developer to support our client’s digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will design and deliver scalable business applications, workflow automations, and system integrations using the Joget DX low-code platform.

This position is ideal for candidates experienced in building internal business systems, workflow automation, and API integrations in fast-paced delivery environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop business applications on Joget DX, including forms, workflows, datalists, and userviews.

• Translate business requirements into scalable workflow automation solutions and approval processes.
• Configure and manage multi-stage workflow processes with routing logic, escalation rules, and exception handling.
• Integrate Joget applications with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and database connectors.
• Configure email and in-app notifications aligned with business process events.
• Build dashboards, reports, and administrative views to support operational monitoring and decision-making.
• Establish standards for application structure, naming conventions, and reusable components.
• Optimize application performance, query efficiency, and workflow execution for production workloads.
• Implement input validation, access controls, and secure data-handling practices.
• Package, deploy, and support applications across development, staging, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot defects, workflow issues, and integration failures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Document application design, configuration decisions, and deployment procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to Business Analysts, Solution Designers, and junior developers.

Requirements:

• 2–5+ years working with Joget / Mendix / OutSystems / PowerApps / Appian
• Strong database & data modeling skills (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Experience with workflow/BPM solutions
• Familiar with scripting (JavaScript/Java/BeanShell)
• Good understanding of RBAC, security, and API integrations
