Senior Forward Deployed Engineer - Enterprise AI (Relocation to UAE 🇦🇪)

We’re hiring for an Enterprise AI Series-B start-up that’s already deploying production AI agents inside Fortune500 companies - not experimenting, actually running core workflows.

We're looking for founding Engineers for their UAE & KSA teams. This role is for those who want to work directly with customers, ship real systems, and take full ownership of what goes into production in a Forward Deployed Engineer capacity.

You’ll work hands-on with enterprise clients to design, deploy, and stabilise AI agent systems across voice, chat, email, and back-office workflows. You’ll be responsible for getting complex AI systems working reliably in production environments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and deploying multi-step AI agents that use tools, APIs, and structured workflows to automate real business processes
• Building integrations between AI platforms and enterprise systems (CRMs, ticketing tools, telephony platforms, data warehouses, internal tooling, etc.)
• Implementing prompt pipelines, tool calling, memory, and orchestration logic using modern agent frameworks
• Working directly with enterprise engineering teams and senior stakeholders to turn vague requirements into production systems
• Owning reliability in production - observability, failure handling, human-in-the-loop workflows, and performance tuning

• Feeding real deployment learnings back into the core product (patterns, integrations, reusable architecture)

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years building production backend or distributed systems (enterprise environments a big plus)
• Experience in customer-facing roles a big plus
• Strong hands-on experience working with LLM-based systems in production - not just prototypes
• Experience building integrations across APIs, webhooks, auth systems, and legacy enterprise stacks
• Comfortable writing production code and making pragmatic architecture decisions
• Someone who’s happy being client-facing and embedded - you can take a messy problem and turn it into a working system
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain what AI can (and can’t) do in a real production setting
