- Define the DevOps roadmap and overall technical vision; provide leadership and guidance on standardizing pipelines and modernizing the environment.
- Engage with teams to gather requirements, make recommendations, and help drive initiatives across the finish line.
- Advise on and apply DevOps best practices across the full lifecycle—including infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and operations.

- Provide guidance on container security, IAM, vulnerability scanning, and secure software supply chain practices.
- Use Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools to monitor, diagnose, and improve application performance.
- Interpret real‑time metrics such as latency, error rates, and resource utilization to ensure system reliability and optimization.
- Help transition from an unintegrated DevOps stack (on‑prem Jenkins, GitLab, Fisheye) to a unified Bitbucket Pipeline environment.
- Provide structure, leadership, and mentorship to establish standardized, secure pipeline architecture.
- Create scalable, automated solutions for artifact management (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable).
