About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in SAFe Agile and SaaS product environments to drive product delivery and backlog management. This role is ideal for someone who can work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product increments while aligning with business goals and roadmap priorities.

You will play a key role in defining product vision, managing backlogs, and ensuring successful product launches in a fast-paced agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the Team Product Backlog, including user stories, prioritization, refinement, and acceptance criteria

• Partner with Product Managers to understand priorities and support Product Increment (PI) objectives

• Act as the product decision-maker, including functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs)

• Accept user stories and iteration increments based on agreed Definition of Done

• Conduct impact analysis to support optimal product delivery and align with industry trends

• Contribute to product vision, roadmap, and ROI while ensuring backlog alignment

• Collaborate with teams to manage dependencies and drive efficient delivery outcomes

• Apply SAFe principles, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks with a lean agile mindset

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile/SAFe environments

• Hands-on experience with PI Planning

• Strong experience in SaaS product implementation and product launches

• Expertise in backlog management, prioritization, and user story creation

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working with Jira

• Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
