Description

Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Cloud Certification to drive business analysis, requirements gathering, and digital transformation initiatives across cloud-based platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements, and supporting cloud implementation projects.

Must-Have Skills (Strict Screening Criteria)

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong experience in cloud-based projects (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Cloud Certification (Mandatory) – AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, BRD, FRD, and user stories
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong knowledge of business process analysis and documentation
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Excel, BI tools)
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in digital transformation or cloud migration projects
  • Domain experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI)
  • Familiarity with API integrations and microservices architecture
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Certification in CBAP / PMI-PBA

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, and cloud architects
  • Support cloud implementation and migration initiatives
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and sprint ceremonies
  • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist in UAT planning, execution, and validation
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices
