2. About the Opportunity:


The Client Analyst II plays a key role in servicing clients and their employees to enhance client satisfaction and engagement. This position is responsible for maintaining client benefit platforms, executing benefits-related processes, and providing support to clients, participants, and the service center. The role contributes directly to the smooth operation of benefits administration and client relations, helping to ensure accurate data management and effective issue resolution.


3. Responsibilities:


• Deliver ongoing service to meet client needs

• Provide first-level system support for assigned clients

• Conduct audits and file reviews to ensure data accuracy

• Manage file processing on a daily, weekly, and annual basis

• Research and analyze participant cases to resolve issues

• Produce client-specific reports

• Support ACA processing activities

• Perform testing for system releases

• Review release documentation for comprehension

• Follow processes outlined in the administrative guide

• Configure and test systems for projects and enrollment events

• Respond promptly to client inquiries with research and analysis

• Handle billing tasks, including invoicing, payment posting, and receivables reconciliation


4. Requirements:


• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Office

• Extensive experience with databases and data analysis

• Creative problem-solving skills

• Effective communication skills for client and team interaction

• Experience with benefits administration systems, payroll, HRIS, or related software

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:


• The base salary range for this position is $22-29 per hour, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Final compensation will be based on factors such as location, skills, education, experience, and internal pay equity considerations.
